Subscriptions are billed per user through Stripe on the BPMN Studio Marketplace. Company or domain grouping is used for marketing and statistics only and never grants application access.

The important detail: every user subscribes individually. Sharing an email domain does not share access.
- Is access per user or per company?
- Per user. Every person who needs Process Vault access needs their own subscription, billed at £5/month/user (Basic) or £16/month/user (with AI).
- Our team shares one email domain. Does one subscription cover everyone?
- No. We may group users by business email domain for aggregate reporting and marketing insights, but a domain never grants access. One paying user does not unlock Process Vault for colleagues on the same domain.
- What is the difference between the £5 and £16 plans?
- Both plans include the full Process Vault workspace, template downloads and imports, projects, versioning, and cloud storage connection. The £16/month/user plan adds the AI assistant, AI process analysis and summaries, AI change notes, and AI-assisted overlap detection.
- When do I connect my cloud storage?
- After your subscription is verified. The Process Vault app confirms your per-user entitlement first, then lets you connect Google Drive, OneDrive for Business, or SharePoint as the storage for your workspace.
- Where is subscription data stored?
- Subscription, billing, and entitlement state is managed by the BPMN Studio Marketplace with Stripe as the billing provider. The marketing website does not store user data, subscriptions, or workspace content.
- Which cloud storage providers are supported?
- Google Drive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint. Your process content stays in the cloud storage account you connect; it is not copied into our infrastructure.
- I already subscribe. How do I open the app?
- Go to the Process Vault app and enter the email address you subscribed with. If your subscription is active, we send a one-time magic link that opens your workspace.
Each teammate needs their own subscription.
